All orders are carefully reviewed, prepared, and packed before shipment.

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. During busy periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Shipping & Delivery

Our products are shipped from our international fulfillment centers.

Estimated delivery times are typically between 4–8 business days, depending on your location and local courier services.

Please note that delivery estimates are provided as guidelines and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a tracking number via email.

To ensure you receive all shipping updates, please provide a valid email address during checkout.

You can use your tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment throughout the delivery process.

Tracking Information Not Updating

In some cases, tracking information may take 1–4 business days to appear after your order has been shipped.

It is also possible for packages to remain in transit while tracking updates are temporarily delayed.
