Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it is immediately sent for processing. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee order cancellations or modifications after checkout.

If you have made a mistake with your order details, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in their original condition

  • Include original packaging where possible

  • Show no signs of damage caused after delivery

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Elanora Queensland cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the outcome of your refund request.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs showing the issue.

After review, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Full or partial refund where appropriate

Non-Returnable Items

Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, our team will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier.
